Some of you remember I went up to Santa Barbara a few weeks go and although it seemed like I was playing hooky, it was actually for a shoot! My friend Jeannine, who is the founder and designer of Honey My Heart Jewelry, asked me to shoot photos for her new lookbook. Of course I was honored to do so…and to finally meet her in person. I “met” Jeannine about 3 years ago through blogging and we’ve always kept up with each other via social media portals. We both transitioned to new, creative and more fulfilling careers and have been witnesses to each others growth – both personally and professionally. To finally meet her, spend an afternoon with her and give her a big hug in real life was the cherry on top of a wonderful time spent in Santa Barbara.
