I met a guy, she told me over the phone.
What?? When…how…WHAT?!
Last night. It was crazy…I think I really like him…
And here we are today, almost 5 years later. My dear, lovely Eliza is getting married. My friend since high school…my girlfriend who cracks me up with her randomness and who enjoys my eye rolls like no one else. She’s marrying Scott, the “guy from last night”, who turned out to be her partner in crime, her confidante and the love of her life. The man who swept my brilliant, independent, feminist gf off her feet…bravo to you, Scott. ;)
Eliza and Scott, love and excitement doesn’t even begin to cover the gamut of emotions I feel towards you both. I’m honored to be one of your maids of honor and to be a part of a beautiful time in your life together. I wish you love…a lifetime of it.
