Rain seemed imminent. The clouds rolled in with the gray morning sky and threatened to stay there, even increase in numbers. But there was no rain. And by the time the festivities began, the clouds seemed to know that this day wasn’t about them. It was about Diana and Shaun.
With so much laughter and love, it’s no surprise that this energy prevented anything from putting a damper on the day. Diana and Shaun’s wedding day was over a decade in the making and friends and family made sure they gave them a proper send off into happily ever after. And no two people deserve it more than them.
One of the great things to happen to me last year was meeting Diana and Shaun. When I met them, I had no idea that Diana would become a very good friend whom I can trust and confide in. They’ve opened up their home and their world to me and I’m honored to be invited in. They warm my heart.
Let the tea ceremony games begin!
Beautiful people, beautiful couple. <3
Diana and Shaun met in college in the computer lab so they decided to go with a school theme for the reception. How cute are the No. 2 pencil seating assignments and the little cards to pass notes to the bride and groom?
This monster doesn’t want cookies…it want envelopes. ;) (DIY by the couple)
Mad libs, pop quiz about the couple, and personalized lotto tickets served as favors.
Congratulations, D+S! Have I told you lately how much I love you? And I’m so grateful for your friendship. I promise I’ll meet you in Vegas one day soon. ;)
