HELLO!

nina lance, christopher lance, dtla wedding, rooftop wedding

Thank you for stopping by Love & Lemonade!

I’m Nina Lance and I am a wife, mother-to-be, photographer, and dreamer. My husband Christopher and I currently live in Downtown Los Angeles with our furbaby Miles and we are all anxiously awaiting the arrival of Baby Lance!

Love & Lemonade was a dream that came to life back in August 2009. The name comes from the saying, “When life gives you lemons, make lemonade.” I’m definitely the glass is half full kinda gal and I always try to look at life’s positives rather than dwell on the negatives.

After 7 years of being a professional photographer, I still can’t believe I get to do what I love and call it my job. Photography brings me so much joy and I’m the happiest when I have a camera in my hands. I absolutely love capturing the significant and poignant moments in people’s lives – the fleeting moments that only photographs can turn into forever.

Not only will I be sharing my professional life with you but I’ll also be opening my personal life on here, as well. I hope to make this a happy and positive corner on the web where we can support, encourage, and empower each other. And of course have some fun!

Thank you again for stopping by and I hope my little blog helped brighten up your day!

xo Nina

Just a quick note – I’ve spent the last 30 minutes of my life on your site, you’re an incredible photographer – and I already feel like I know you! AND you like frozen yogurt, how much better could you possibly be?!

Gosh don’t apologize, it was a heart-warming 30 minutes! (But let’s pretend it wasn’t so the frozen yogurt making up thing can still happen!)
