As some of you know, October is National Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month and The Huffington Post has been sharing stories from mothers and families who have experienced this sort of tragedy. They asked me to become a contributor and share our story of loss with their readers and of course I said yes since bringing awareness to this subject has been very important to me. Well, I’m excited to say that my first post for HuffPo has been published today! Please check it out and let me know what you think and expect more from me on HuffPo soon! Thank you for being brace and generous innsharing your story of pregnancy after a loss or losses of a baby. We suddenly lost our one week from delivery second child. It changes one forever and the child is always remembered. My pregnancy with our third child after our loss was filled with every day emotions and anxiety over another loss. We made it and delivered a healthy child but that third pregnancy was as yours. Thank you for sharing.

    Nina,
I don’t even know where to begin…. Thank you so very much for digging deep into your soul through tears and sadness to write this. I know it was not easy, but I have NO doubt you have helped many through your raw and vulnerable article.

Your experience mirrors mine to the point where it’s scary. In fact, my nickname is Nina!
. I was so worried that my anxiety manifested itself into somatic symptoms.

I hope you have an amazing delivery and post partum joy.

I did a pregnancy belly henna blessing. It was an amazing experience. Very calming and soothing. Plus I loved to look at it. It reminded me of the beauty growing inside when I became anxious.

You have my email so please reach out if you need support!
